Weathersure specialise in affordable waterproofing, maintenance and painting solutions that help shield commercial, residential and industrial properties from being damaged by the elements and looking prematurely aged.


We are dedicated to what we do, and it shows. With 30 years of combined experience, we have inspected numerous properties that have been compromised by the elements. Our mission is to quickly diagnose the problem and come up with an affordable long-lasting solution.


Weathersure has successfully assisted hundreds of satisfied customers solve their waterproofing, maintenance and painting requirements quickly and professionally. Our Team are skilled and trained individuals who take pride in what they do. We provide onsite supervision on all our projects.

The business was originally based in Gauteng, but the Directors Patrick Hogan and Jennah Sterne soon realised that properties on the coast of KZN were in more need of their level of expertise and excellent service ethic.


The business relocated to Ballito on the Dolphin Coast because it offers easy access to clients on the north coast and greater Durban environs.


We're available for all your waterproofing needs, from an irritating roof leak to full-scale projects that require waterproofing installation, maintenance and painting.

Our Team

Patrick Hogan

Patrick Hogan has 18 years of experience in the waterproofing industry and over the years has expanded his expertise to encompass full waterproofing solutions.



Patrick is hands on to personally manage each project – from the initial consultation, right through to the completed job. He handles the quote and is on site to ensure the project keeps on schedule, whilst maintaining our high level of quality workmanship.

Jennah Sterne

Jennah Sterne heads up the company’s administration and accounts. With her knowledge of the industry, Jennah is also on hand to help with client enquiries.


Our technicians are experienced permanent staff that are highly skilled in their fields of waterproofing and painting. They all have an in depth understanding of the products they use and their various applications.
